Refund Policy

1. Digital Content Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds for:
- Digital articles and guides
- Premium content access
- Digital downloads
- Online courses
2. Subscription Refunds
For our subscription services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days
- Refunds will not be provided for partial months of service
- Premium features accessed during the subscription period are non-refundable
3. Event Tickets
For fashion events and workshops:
- Full refunds available up to 7 days before the event
- 50% refund available up to 48 hours before the event
- No refunds within 48 hours of the event
- Event credits may be offered in lieu of refunds
4. Merchandise Returns
For physical merchandise:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

- Follow return instructions if applicable
- Wait for refund processing confirmation
6. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions in cases of:
- Technical issues preventing content access
- Duplicate charges
- Significant service disruptions
- Billing errors

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
