Refund Policy

1. Digital Content Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital articles and guides
  • Premium content access
  • Digital downloads
  • Online courses

2. Subscription Refunds

For our subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days
  • Refunds will not be provided for partial months of service
  • Premium features accessed during the subscription period are non-refundable

3. Event Tickets

For fashion events and workshops:

  • Full refunds available up to 7 days before the event
  • 50% refund available up to 48 hours before the event
  • No refunds within 48 hours of the event
  • Event credits may be offered in lieu of refunds

4. Merchandise Returns

For physical merchandise:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Process

  2. Provide order number and reason for refund
  3. Follow return instructions if applicable
  4. Wait for refund processing confirmation

6. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in cases of:

  • Technical issues preventing content access
  • Duplicate charges
  • Significant service disruptions
  • Billing errors

7. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
